Our Commitment to Health and Safety
At Thai Moon Massage & Spa, we take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have taken additional precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment for all. Our treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and disinfected after every treatment, and our therapists wash their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer between clients and services.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are happy to accommodate changes to your appointment schedule. However, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failing to provide 24-hour notice may result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
