Our Story
Our journey began when Tom and Mary Ellen met while working at a Tapas restaurant in Rhode Island. After getting engaged, they moved to Dallas, where they continued to pursue their culinary careers. However, their lives took a dramatic turn when they lost their son shortly after birth, and Mary Ellen survived a stroke. This life-changing experience led them to create a catering company that honors the heart and soul of their love story.
