Our Story

Ballard Marine Service Inc. has been in business since 1991, and our focus is on providing exceptional service to our customers. Our facility, located at 1526 NW 46th St. in Seattle, WA 98107, has a rich history dating back to 1900. Initially, the location was the site of Brekke Blacksmith & Metal Fabrication, established in 1900. Today, our showroom proudly displays new and used outboards, while our indoor/outdoor service bays feature the latest in computer diagnostic equipment and test tanks.

Our location has quite a bit of history attached to it. From 1900 until 2003, it was the Brekke Blacksmith Shop. Today, our facility has been transformed to suit the needs of our customers, offering a range of services to meet their marine engine repair and maintenance needs.

BOAT ENGINE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

As a Mercury Platinum Dealer, we at Ballard Marine Service Inc. are committed to providing top-notch services to our customers. In our showroom, we have both new and used motors and carry an extensive inventory of parts for Mercury, Mercruiser, Johnson, and Evinrude. With our indoor machine shop, we can even machine the parts you need for your boat.

Additionally, we sell and install new, used, and remanufactured outboard, stern drive, and inboard engines, and offer a range of auxiliary products, including Garelick, Bombardier Gas Assist, IMC Power Hydraulic, and Latham Steering, among others.
