At Greater Chattanooga REALTORS, we are the voice for real estate in Greater Chattanooga. As a regional organization with over 2,700 members, we serve Hamilton and Sequatchie counties in southeast Tennessee and Catoosa, Dade, and Walker counties in northwest Georgia. Our members are comprised of REALTORS specializing in various disciplines, including appraisal, commercial, industrial, land, multi-family, property management, and residential.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote the highest ethical and professional standards and cooperation among our members, provide products, programs, and services to meet the evolving needs of the real estate industry and consumers, and advocate for private property rights and community involvement. We strive to unite those engaged in the recognized branches of the real estate profession to exert a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interests.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to our members, including a Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which is one of approximately 600 MLSs in the country, serving over 3,000 MLS users. Our members also have access to various tools and resources, such as BrokerBay Showing Service, Commercial Services, Committees, Communications, Data Share, Discounts & Subscriptions, Dues & Fees, Education, Ethics Training Requirement, Fair Housing Resources for Realtors, File a Complaint, Find a Member, FOREWARN, Forms & Contracts, Leadership Academy, Legal Hotline, MLS, Notary Service, REALTORS Property Resource, REALTOR Safety Certified Office, REALTOR Store, Support, and Supra Keyboxes & eKEYS.

Our Objectives

Our objectives are to unite those engaged in the recognized branches of the real estate profession, promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession, provide a unified medium for real estate owners and those engaged in the real estate profession, further the interests of home and other real property ownership, and unite our members with the Tennessee REALTORS, the Georgia REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
