Our Story
Our story began over two decades ago, when Dr. Irene Malek, MD, joined the practice. With over 20 years of experience in the Long Beach Area, Dr. Malek is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She studied at CSULB for her undergraduate education, attended UCLA/Charles R Drew Medical School for medical school, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. Dr. Malek is passionate about Women's Health and provides care to patients of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a colorectal surgeon, and their four amazing children.

Our team consists of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care. Dr. Mark Malek, MD, MPH, is a Lifestyle & Functional Medicine Specialist who has served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Public Health Service at the CDC in Atlanta, GA. He received his medical doctorate from UCLA/Charles R Drew Medical School and completed his residency in Preventive Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University.
