Our Properties

We manage a portfolio of properties throughout the Tacoma area, including Castellan West, Park 19, The Terrace, Fircrest Regent, Fircrest Family, and Woodlake Estates. Each property offers unique features and amenities to cater to different tastes and preferences.

Application Process

To apply for one of our properties, please visit the website of the property you are interested in and print off a copy of the application. Fill out the application and bring it to the property office for processing. Please note that our main office does not process rental applications, and all applications must be submitted in person at the property office.

Application Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for residency, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet standard credit criteria. We require at least 3-5 business days to process an application, during which time we conduct thorough screening and background checks to ensure the quality of our properties and the neighborhood.
