Unfortunately, there are two negative reviews. Dipesh Bharati's review is about a billing issue with his home insurance policy. He paid for six months of coverage but received a bill stating he paid only for five months. He cancelled his insurance and plans to switch to a different agency. Matt Brown's review is about a payment processing issue with his auto insurance policy. His payment was not processed correctly, and his policy lapsed without notification. He has had a difficult time resolving the issue and recommends considering a different insurer.
