Our Story
Founded in 1983 by Ballard locals Peter and Mary Ann Hansen, Up Time Technology started as a scientific instrument repair shop in the Wallingford District of Seattle. After Peter's introduction to computers that same year, his technical curiosity led him to transform the business into a computer sales and repair shop. In 1989, the company moved to its current location, expanding into new technology departments, including printers, networks, custom computer production, and the burgeoning internet. By 1999, Up Time Technology had become a fully developed operation and Washington Corporation. In 2017, the company shifted its focus to pursue its passion for Small to Medium Sized Business Support and became a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Although we closed our retail storefront, we remain a family-owned and operated business, ready to adapt to the ever-changing world of technology.
