Our Services
We offer a range of fishing services, including inshore and offshore fishing trips, charter fishing, and cruising. Our experienced captain and skilled crew are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Fishing Trips
Our fishing trips offer a variety of experiences, including half-day, three-quarter-day, and full-day trips. We fish for a range of species, including cod, striped bass, blues, fluke, sea bass, scup, blacks, bonito, mahi-mahi, and tuna. We also offer combination fishing trips to cater to your specific needs and preferences.
Boat and Amenities
L'il Toot is a 35-foot custom J.C. Sportfisherman, powered by a 375 HP Turbo Cat diesel engine. Our boat is equipped with the latest technology, including GPS plotters, radios, a cell phone, hailer, and more. Our boat also features a heated and enclosed cabin, a galley with a microwave oven, hot and cold water showers, and a large cockpit with comfortable seating for all guests.
Captain and Crew
Our captain, John Rainone, is a licensed Masters-100 ton U.S.C.G. Captain with over 44 years of experience in the fishing industry. He is dedicated to providing an exceptional fishing experience for all our guests. Our first mate, Kenny, is also an experienced angler and is dedicated to ensuring that all our guests have a memorable day out on the water.

Captain John Rainone has been recognized for his contributions to the fishing industry. He is a member of the Rhode Island Party & Charter Boat Association, the American Littoral Society Striped Bass Tagging Program, and the NMFS Shark & Tuna Tagging Programs. He has also written and supplied articles and photos for the Rhode Island Fishing magazine.
