Quality of Care
The reviews highlight varying experiences with the quality of care at Coral CMHC. While some reviewers were satisfied with the treatment they received, others had negative experiences. Author R.R. had a particularly poor experience, stating that the nurse who prescribes medication had an invalid DEA number, making it impossible for them to fill their prescription. Gabby's treatment of Caroline's mental health issues, combined with her technological illiteracy, was exemplary. Author Beach House praised the staff's training and concern for mental health, as well as the flexibility to have appointments from home. Author Jesus Triana shared a positive experience, stating that the staff was friendly and attentive, and the therapist who saw him was kind and helpful.
Overall Experience
The overall experience at Coral CMHC ranges from overwhelmingly positive to extremely negative. While some reviewers had life-changing experiences, others were left feeling frustrated and hopeless. The inconsistent quality of care may indicate a need for improvement in certain areas.
