Our History
HeedeLand was founded by Marty Heede, who started the company as a part-time job while attending college in the early 1990s. Initially, Marty maintained landscapes for rental properties throughout Sacramento and Elk Grove areas. After completing his degree, he decided to go full-time with the business. As the landscape maintenance side of the business grew, so did the demand for additional landscape services. Marty acquired his landscape contractor's license in 1996 and expanded the services to fulfill the needs of residential and commercial customers.

Landscape Maintenance
Whether it's a large commercial property or a small residential yard, we provide complete landscape care for your property. Our maintenance services include annual flowers planting, pre-emergence to prevent weeds, sprinkler repair and adjustment, controller programming, mowing, edging, and blowing. We also offer fertilizer services, weed control, and pre-emergence.
New Landscape
We provide complete landscape installation services as well as renovating existing landscapes. Our team works directly with property owners to create custom landscapes that suit their lifestyle. We cater to both residential and commercial customers, offering services such as large field mowing, pruning, and fertilizers.
Sprinklers & Repairs
Our team is experienced in repairing sprinklers, programming controllers, and converting irrigation systems to automatic operation. We also provide one-time landscape clean-ups of your property, including pruning of shrubs or complete clearing of plant material.
