The Peached Tortilla Story
The Peached Tortilla is a Southern-Asian Fusion Inspired award-winning restaurant group. In 2010, we started to roam the streets of Austin in our food truck, serving Asian and Southern-inspired tacos and sliders. Over the past decade, we have grown into a multi-restaurant operation that spans our original namesake location on Burnet Road, a fast casual outpost within Austin Bergstrom International Airport, a bar focused restaurant concept in Clarksville, Bar Peached, and a future location in Cedar Park. Our operations also include an event space, Peached Social House, and full-service catering company.
Our Services
At The Peached Tortilla, we offer a wide range of services to cater to your culinary needs. Our catering company specializes in corporate parties, weddings, and social events. We provide off-site catering services, including plated meals, family-style, and buffet-style services. Our menus feature a unique blend of modern Asian comfort food and Southern charm, with options ranging from Korean braised short ribs to street food tacos and sliders. We also offer full bar packages, including craft cocktails and bartenders. In addition, we provide limited service catering through our drop-off menu and lunch bowl programs. We can curate vegan and vegetarian catering menus upon request.
Our Team
Our team is led by Eric Silverstein, Founder and CEO, who was named one of the top 30 Up and Coming Chefs in America by Plate Magazine. Our operations manager, Beto Solis, oversees the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and catering company. Our beverage director, Kevin Kok, crafts unique cocktails that complement our menu. Our HR and payroll manager, Shavonne Felix, ensures that our staff is well taken care of. Our financial controller, Jenne Fanning, keeps our finances in check.
Our Locations
We have four locations to serve you: Burnet Road, Cedar Park, ABIA Airport, and Bar Peached. Our Burnet Road location is our flagship restaurant, open Tuesday through Sunday. Our Cedar Park location offers a similar menu and atmosphere. Our ABIA Airport location serves modern Asian comfort food and Southern-inspired dishes to travelers. Bar Peached is our bar-focused restaurant concept in Clarksville.
