Disappointment and Heartbreak
Spirit of 76 Veterinarian Clinic received two negative reviews from customers. The first review was from Amber Anick, who gave 1-star rating. Amber shared her heartbreaking story about having to cremate her beloved bearded dragon. Despite being very clear about what she wanted during the cremation process, she received incomplete ashes and no clay paw print as promised. The clinic's staff, including Josh and Kayley, showed a lack of care and concern for her situation. Amber felt disrespected and hurt by the experience and wanted to warn others about the clinic's mistakes.
The second review was from Audrianna Casarez, who also gave 1-star rating. Audrianna's experience was frustrating and unacceptable. She took her 6-month-old cat for spaying surgery and was told to pick it up at 3:30 pm. However, the surgery took longer than expected, and they had to wait for the cat to be ready. Additionally, the technician forgot to administer the topical pain medicine, and they had to return to the clinic. Moreover, the payment processing system had an issue, and they had to deal with it. To make matters worse, the clinic didn't provide a cone for the cat, and the manager seemed unresponsive to her concerns.
Positive Reviews
Spirit of 76 Veterinarian Clinic received two positive reviews from customers. Jamie H. gave 5-star rating and praised the clinic's vets and vet tech staff for their kindness and care for pet patients. Kristine Brown also gave 5-star rating and appreciated the clinic's affordable prices, friendly staff, and good care for her new puppy and the mom.
