Savor the Flavor of Peru, One Bite at a Time!
At El Fuego Peruvian Kitchen, we are proud to be a part of the vibrant culinary scene in Arlington, Virginia. As the first Peruvian food truck in our nation's capital, we have been serving the DMV area for over 10 years, and we are thrilled to have finally found a new home in Lyon Park. Our small, fast-casual restaurant is dedicated to bringing the bold flavors and rich traditions of Peruvian cuisine to our community.
Our Story
Our story began with a passion for Peruvian food and a dream to share it with the world. Our chef and owner, Manuel Alfaro, is a Peruvian gastronomy ambassador who has carefully crafted our menu to showcase the diversity and richness of Peruvian cuisine. From traditional dishes like Lomo Saltado and Ceviche to our unique fusion creations, every bite is a testament to the vibrant cultural heritage of Peru.
