Advantage Lumber Company, established in 1999 by Elridge Schwartzenburg, is a leading wholesale lumber supplier specializing in high-quality lumber of all types. With over 50 years of combined experience in sales, we have been able to cater to a diverse range of clientele, including shipyards, pipe yards, pipe line contractors, scaffold erectors, pipe and hardwood lumber mills, retail lumber yards, industrial crating departments, and sign companies, among others. Our commitment to providing quality lumber and related products in a timely fashion, while maintaining the highest level of due diligence, has positioned us as a trusted supplier in the industry.

In 2003, Ric Fontenot became a managing partner, bringing with him extensive experience in industrial timber and scaffold plank. This addition to our team has allowed us to offer a more comprehensive range of products and services to our clients.

• Scaffold Plank: We supply scaffold plank to a variety of plank users, including masonry contractors who require certified scaffold plank for high jobs. Our scaffold plank is available in both solid sawn and laminated veneer options, and is graded according to industry specifications. We offer a range of sizes, including 2 x 10" and 2 x 12", with lengths ranging from 4'-20'. All scaffold plank supplied is OSHA approved and stamped accordingly.
• Kiln Sticks: We distribute a range of kiln sticks for LVL, hardwood, and pipe re-manufactured timbers, ensuring that our clients have access to the necessary requirements for their industrial projects.
• Industrial Lumber: Our inventory includes a wide range of industrial lumber products, such as OSB, plywood, cross cuts, crating materials, and stacking sticks, among others.
• Re-manufactured Products: We offer re-manufactured timbers, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Pipeline Stakes: Our pipeline stakes are designed to meet the needs of pipeline contractors and are available in a range of sizes and quantities.
