Exceptional Service and Amenities
Residents of Lively Apartments have been thrilled with the exceptional service provided by the building staff, particularly Mohammad Manzoor, the service supervisor. The staff's dedication, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor have earned their praise. The amenities of the building are also noteworthy, with impressive facilities and services.
Positive Experience for Most Residents
For the majority of residents, living at Lively Apartments has been a pleasurable experience. The concierge team, led by Evan and Cyr, have been praised for their friendly and helpful nature. The maintenance team has also been commended for their timeliness and effectiveness. Most residents feel valued and well-taken care of.
Disappointment and Frustration for a Few
However, one resident had a negative experience. Christina Zoccoli, a former resident, expressed disappointment with the building's management, citing exorbitant rent increases, constant elevator breakdowns, flooding issues, and poor communication. She strongly advises against living in the building.
