How do I secure my event date?
A 25% deposit is required within 14 days of contract signing, with final payment due 14 days before your event.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) with applicable processing fees.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No - Sugar Beach Events provides all alcohol service through our Maui County licensed bar operations.
Are outside vendors allowed?
Events require use of our Preferred Vendor List, with exceptions requiring prior approval from our team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Date changes incur a $500 fee after the first free change, with deposits non-refundable under cancellation.
Do you offer shuttle services?
Yes, we can arrange guest transportation with advance notice and compliance with parking regulations.
