A Journey of Discovery
Our journey began on a fateful trip to Napa Valley, where the beauty and science of winemaking ignited a spark. Inspired, we delved deeper, completing rigorous Viticulture and Enology Certificate programs at Texas Tech University and the WSET wine education program.
In 2014, we planted our first vineyard, Veraison Hills, and soon expanded to a second vineyard in San Saba County. Our first harvest in 2016 gave birth to our renowned Texas Hill Country Tannat. The success fueled our ambition, leading us to purchase a historic winery in Fredericksburg in 2018, which became the foundation of Longhorn Cellars.
