My Camp, Your Camp, Our Camp
Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Little Haiti, Magic City Innovation District - Little Haiti is a mixed-use master-planned community designed as a walkable campus dedicated to technology, art, and culture, sustainability, and health and wellness. Our district spans approximately 17 acres and is situated just north of Wynwood and the Design District, adjacent to the MiMo District, and overlapping the neighborhoods of Little Haiti and Little River.
The Oasis
The Oasis is a unique event and production venue offering 6,800 square feet of versatile space for corporate and social events, as well as video and print productions. This bright and airy space consists of three areas that can be activated individually for private gatherings or combined for larger events. The Oasis is perfect for hosting small to mid-size events such as birthday parties, dinner parties, cocktail hours, social events, pool parties, corporate retreats, and more. Its spacious outdoor patio makes it an ideal venue for weddings, baby showers, and photo/video shoots.
BaseCamp
BaseCamp is a Caribbean-inspired experiential park designed to awaken your senses, offering multiple event spaces packed with personality. With spaces that can be transformed to fit any occasion, BaseCamp is perfect for festivals, concerts, parties, and more. The park consists of Agave Worm Beach, Marketplace, The Atrium, and our spacious Lawn. BaseCamp is ideal for everything from weddings, corporate lunches to large-scale festivals.
