We consolidated operations to better serve clients from one centralized Seattle location while maintaining remote support through our secure document portal.
Can I make an appointment?
Yes! Call 206-322-4168 for 7-day-a-week appointments during tax season or 5 days a week off-season. Walk-ins are also welcome.
Can I drop off paperwork and pick up later?
Yes! We encourage this to reduce wait times. We'll notify you when your completed return is ready for pickup within 2 days.
Can I send documents electronically?
Yes! Request a ShareFile link via email to upload documents securely. We'll return completed returns electronically using DocuSign.
Do you have my prior year tax records?
Yes, if you filed with us previously. We maintain records for all clients who filed in Seattle or Kent locations.
Can I get a copy of my tax return?
Yes! Email copies are free if we have your address on file. Otherwise, present ID to collect a paper copy in person.
