Quality of Service
The service provided by the reviewer has been predominantly negative. The worst service was experienced by Saurabh Birje, who was misled about the return policy. Despite being told that the product could be returned at any time, he was only allowed to return it within 24 hours. The product was not accepted back, and the prices were deemed to be overpriced.
On the other hand, Shawn Flaherty had a highly positive experience with world-class knowledge and customer service. The technical expertise and years of experience provided a great facility for aviation needs.
Comparison
Saurabh Birje compared prices with Amazon and other pilot shops, finding the same product to be much cheaper. This led him to conclude that everything is overpriced.
Recommendation
Saurabh Birje would never buy from the shop again due to the poor return policy and overpriced products. Shawn Flaherty, on the other hand, highly recommends the facility, calling it one of the best in Miami-Dade County and South Florida.
