Our Story

Our founders, Yolanda Garretti and Adam Sikora, bring their unique backgrounds and expertise to the table. Yolanda, a seasoned culinary expert, began her career as a food correspondent for Vogue Spain and later studied at the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Milan. Adam, a natural entrepreneur, developed his skills in international business before joining forces with Yolanda to found Acquolina. Together, they have built a reputation for delivering exceptional cuisine and unparalleled service.

Giving Back

We partner with organizations such as Rescuing Leftover Cuisine to donate leftover food to homeless shelters throughout New York City.
