Customer Service and Experience
The majority of customers had a positive experience with OZ Monuments, praising the staff for being courteous, understanding, and going above and beyond to help them. They found the process of ordering a headstone to be easy and pleasant, with the staff being patient and consoling during a difficult time.

Issues with Customer Service
