Our company was founded in 1962 by Paul Mockler and Bill Timberlake as a residential home improvement company. In 1977, Allan Meyer purchased the company and expanded its capabilities in residential services to include light commercial/multi-family and a dedicated parts and repair shop. In 2016, Western Hills Window changed ownership for only the third time in its history, marking its second transition to a younger generation of owners who value the longevity and reputation of the company as well as the dedication to quality instilled by its predecessors.

Today, our team, led by Jason Phillips and his wife Laura, is eager to build upon Western Hills Window's solid foundation and tradition of excellence while embracing the latest design and architectural aesthetics and standards.
