Our Story
Our founder, Norma Jo Vaillette, is a licensed therapist with a Bachelor of Music-Music Therapy degree and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education. With extensive training in Music Therapy, The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, Behavior Conditioning, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis, and Emotional Freedom Techniques, Norma has developed a unique approach to therapy that combines traditional methods with creative and innovative techniques. Her passion for helping others has driven her to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
