Disappointments
Some customers have expressed discontent with their experiences with the company. Mr. Strooble was one such customer, giving the company 2 stars. He mentioned that the products seem great at first, but upon closer inspection, he noticed many defects. Additionally, he was not impressed with the working environment, calling it "soul sucking" and not recommending it for a long-term job.

He was particularly impressed with the team members Bryan, Jim, and Matt, and mentioned that the company's customer-focused culture was evident. He even went so far as to say that he will be sending more work in their direction in the future.
