Our Attorneys
Andrew A. Monteleone graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1999. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, prosecuting numerous misdemeanor and felony charges. After leaving the prosecutor's office, Mr. Monteleone worked for a civil litigation firm in New York City, defending construction companies in construction accident lawsuits. He has since established a successful law practice, handling numerous personal injury matters resulting in favorable settlements for his clients and successfully defending criminal clients.
Jarad L. Siegel is a partner with Monteleone & Siegel, PLLC. Mr. Siegel has briefed and argued dozens of motions and appeals at the trial and appellate levels. His practice is primarily devoted to complex motion and appellate practice, covering a range of personal injury-related issues. Mr. Siegel's well-written briefs have received praise from state and federal judges.
