Overall Experience
The majority of the reviews are positive, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction. Ms. Mouratides is described as very nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant, taking the time to explain complex information in a way that clients understand. Kim is also praised for being wonderful and always available.
Communication
However, there are some discrepancies regarding communication.
