Our company was founded by Clover Williams, a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With a deep understanding of the local community, Clover has built lasting relationships with reputable service providers, from housekeepers and handymen to plumbers and electricians. With an eye for detail and a professional approach, Clover is well-equipped to handle all of your investment property needs.

Exterior Inspection

• Remove newspapers, flyers, mail, and packages from the front door
• Inspect the yard and planting beds for trash and debris
• Monitor landscaping during the summer months
• Monitor snow and ice accumulation and removal during the winter months
• Perform a visual inspection of siding, roof, and gutters for obvious issues
• Check for drainage issues
• Check doors and windows for signs of break-in
• Inspect for obvious insect infestation or pest presence

Interior Inspection

• Ensure the security system is functioning
• Check fire, smoke, and CO2 alarms
• Check temperature settings on thermostats
• Inspect for obvious pest presence or infestation
• Check for water leaks
• Run water in sinks and baths
• Flush stagnant water in toilets
• Check garbage disposal
• Check appliances (cycle dishwasher and washing machine monthly)
• Check windows and doors
• Check lights and fans

Nicole Burns, our co-owner, is a passionate and versatile professional with a diverse background in architecture, yacht management, estate management, and hospitality services.
