Our Services
NCHC offers a comprehensive range of services that address the diverse needs of our clients. We provide:
Personal Care Assistance (PCA)
- Assistance with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, transferring)
- Support with mobility, positioning, and toileting
- Medication reminders and assistance
Homemaking
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Assistance with basic home maintenance tasks
Respite Care
- Short-term relief for primary caregivers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Independent Living Services (IHS)
- Training and support for individuals to learn and perform daily living skills
- Assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and social integration
Night Supervision
- Overnight care and monitoring for individuals with special needs
Integrated Community Living Supports (ICLS)
- Support to live independently in the community, including assistance with daily living skills, social engagement, and community integration
