Our team is led by Iliana Lombardero, the owner and head cake designer, who has been creating stunning cakes for over two decades. Laura Candeau, our Director of Sales & Marketing, manages the business and social media marketing for the bakery, and is also an accomplished cake designer. Together, Iliana and Laura have built a team of talented cake designers and bakers who share their commitment to excellence.
