The food is exceptional, with dishes like vegetarian quiche, smoked white fish, and almond cardamom knots with lingonberry icing receiving rave reviews. The "Chef's Choice" dinner is a 6+ course experience that features elevated root vegetables, pumpkin lasagna, lamb, scallops, and oysters.
