Our Location
We are conveniently located in northeast Phoenix, east of AZ-51 and south of E Thunderbird Road. Our modern, state-of-the-art facilities feature 130 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and all major insurances.
