Administrative Issues and Misleading Advertising
Scott B. and Odette Martinez both had negative experiences with Soulstice Day Spa. Scott B. reported a "bait and switch" with rude and incompetent admin/front desk staff, where they were initially offered a special deal for a Mani/Pedi/Facial/Massage for $120, but were later charged nearly double and told that the special never existed.
