From her home kitchen, she perfected her macaron technique and started experimenting with unique flavors. Jonathan, our co-founder, was introduced to macarons through a birthday celebration, and he was hooked. The joke soon became a reality, and Chelles Macarons was born.

Our Story
Chelle's first encounter with macarons was during her sophomore year of college in her French class. She was intrigued by the delicate texture and aesthetic of these cookies. She spent countless hours perfecting her macaron technique and experimenting with unique flavors. Jonathan, our co-founder, was introduced to macarons through a birthday celebration and was immediately hooked. He jokingly encouraged Chelle to start selling them, and a few weeks later, Chelles Macarons was born.
Our Services
We're a Dallas-based bakery that specializes in French macarons. We make our products by hand and from scratch on a daily basis. Our hands-on approach gives our desserts a pure form that sets us apart from the masses. We offer a wide range of signature flavors, including classics like Chocolate and Salted Caramel, as well as innovative twists like Fruity Cereal, Birthday Cake, and Strawberry Cheesecake. We're proud to offer gluten-free options, using almond flour to make our macarons accessible to a wider audience.
