At Salon Tenshi LLC, we pride ourselves on being a unique and innovative hair salon and spa, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our story began when our owner and creator, Brandy DaVila, developed a vision to create a salon that not only provides exceptional beauty services but also prioritizes the health and well-being of our clients. Our mission is to make our clients feel beautiful, inside and out, by providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that leaves them feeling confident and radiant.

Designers

At Salon Tenshi, we have a team of highly skilled and talented designers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional services that exceed our clients' expectations. Our team of stylists, including Celeste Polanco and Morgan Dixon, are experts in their craft and are constantly educating themselves on the latest trends and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

At Salon Tenshi, we offer a range of services that cater to our clients' unique needs. From haircuts and color treatments to scalp and hair therapy treatments, we have a range of services that are designed to promote healthy, beautiful hair and scalp. Our services include:

Ultimate Scalp & Hair Therapy Treatment: This treatment is designed to exfoliate the scalp, remove impurities from the hair, and promote healthy hair growth.
Hair Color: We offer a range of hair color options, including permanent and semi-permanent colors, as well as color correction and hair rejuvenation treatments.
Cut and Style: Our team of expert stylists offers a range of cutting and styling services, from precision cuts to volume-building styles.
Make-up: Our make-up services include, but are not limited to, our Tenshi Make-up Bar, which offers a range of natural and hypo-allergenic make-up products.

Locations

Salon Tenshi is located in the heart of Philadelphia, with two convenient locations to serve our clients. Our original location is in Center City Philadelphia, and our second location is in Northern Liberties. We welcome clients from all over the city and surrounding areas to visit us and experience our exceptional services firsthand.

Disappointing Experience at Tenshi Salon

Tenshi Salon fell short of expectations for one customer, S. C., who shared a horrible experience with her daughters. The salon allegedly claimed to cater to natural hair, but the stylist failed to provide proper care and attention to their curly locks. The treatment was painful, and the hairstylist used rough techniques, including using nails to wash scalps and towel-drying the hair without conditioner. The blow-drying process was also excruciating, and the stylist failed to understand the basics of detangling and blow-drying afro-textured hair.

Exceptional Experience at Tenshi Salon

On the other hand, Karen Simmons and Rachel Keene had overwhelmingly positive experiences with Tenshi Salon. They praised Brandy, the stylist, for her exceptional skills and attention to detail. Brandy reportedly listened to her clients' needs and tailored her approach to ensure healthy, beautiful hair. The salon was described as state-of-the-art, with a peaceful atmosphere, professional staff, and top-notch products.
