At Sangrock Black Belt World, we are a family-oriented institution that has been dedicated to providing a comprehensive and holistic system of Taekwondo training to our students for over two decades. Our story began in 1980 when Grand Master Abhai Singh Rathore founded Sangrock International Taekwondo in New Delhi, India. In 1998, we partnered with Black Belt World and expanded our operations to the United States, opening our first school in Matthews, North Carolina.

Our Programs
Our programs are designed to cater to students of all ages and skill levels, from children as young as 3 years old to adults of all ages. Our Little Phoenix program is specifically designed for children aged 4-5, while our Youth program is designed for children between the ages of 7-12. Our Adult program is perfect for beginners and experienced martial artists alike, offering a comprehensive workout that combines physical and mental exercises.
