Massage offers numerous benefits, including pain relief, increased energy, improved flexibility and movement, relaxation, and restored cellular health. Massage is effective in helping to relieve chronic and acute pain by relaxing tense or overworked muscles. Emotional or muscle fatigue can be significantly reduced through massage, promoting relaxation, improving sleep ability, and increasing focus. The increase of blood flow to stiff joints and muscles helps realign muscle fibers and adhesions, improving flexibility and movement. Massage also releases hormones that relax muscles and bring feelings of calmness within the brain, helping to decrease the physical effects of stress. Massage is believed to improve blood and lymph circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients throughout the body on a cellular level, causing the body to function more efficiently, removing waste, reducing swelling, and restoring cellular health. Regular massage plays a vital part in helping us maintain balance within our daily lives.

Services

At PowerBody Massage and Wellness, we offer a range of massage modalities tailored to each client's needs. Our services include:

• PowerHour: A 60-minute customized massage with heat treatment for $95, or $65 for members.
• Pre-Natal Massage: A 45-minute customized relaxing massage intended for expecting mothers for $75, or $45 for members.
• SuperPower Hour: A 90-minute customized massage with heat treatment for $125, or $95 for members.
• HigherPower Boost Aromatherapy: An essential oil of your choice blended into massage lotion for use during the session for $5.
• Reflexology: A 15-minute addition massage application to hands and feet for $15.
• Stretch Therapy: A 15-minute addition manual assisted stretching for $20.
• Cupping: A bookable 15-minute addition to any session for $25.

We also offer monthly memberships with roll-over hours, the ability to share or gift massages to others, and the membership rate for any additional massages or gift certificates. Our Own Your Power monthly membership includes:

• 3-month membership for $80/month (regularly $95)
• 6-month membership for $65/month (regularly $95)

Membership Terms and Conditions

Hours are non-refundable and expire 365/545 days from the purchase date. Memberships are transferable but non-refundable. Members can cancel their membership upon the following conditions: death or permanent physical disability, moving more than an hour away, or providing written notice 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges. If a member cancels before the end of the duration and wishes to reactivate their account later, they must pay the remaining balance of the membership before reactivation. Three-month membership hours expire 365 days from the date of withdrawal, and six-month membership hours expire 545 days from the date of withdrawal.
