Reviews
Positive: Overall, customers praised the friendly and professional staff at Schnitzer Steel, as well as the ease of use and competitiveness of their system.
Negative: However, one customer openly complained about the lack of concern and poor service, while another was disappointed by the inaccurate counting of materials.

Unwanted Experience at Schnitzer Steel

The review by Diane Barnes describes a disturbing experience at Schnitzer Steel. A thief stole her daughter's car and took it to Schnitzer Steel, where the stolen vehicle was processed without any concern for the owner's well-being. The staff members, including the young lady and the guy who brought in the car on a tow truck, showed no empathy or concern for the owner.

Positive Experience

On the other hand, LaPorsha Eley and Jason Tuten had a great experience at Schnitzer Steel. The staff was friendly and professional, with LaPorsha noting that the system was easy to use and comprehensive. Jason praised the staff's friendliness and speed, as well as the competitive pay rates.

Disappointing Experience

Seth Cooper, however, had a disappointing experience at Schnitzer Steel. He brought in a trailer full of dishwashers, which were counted as "sheet iron" instead of stainless steel. This resulted in a significant loss for Seth, who felt that the staff member handling his transaction was unhelpful and uninterested.

Meditative Experience

Finally, Todaro Mcintyre appreciated the helpful service he received at Schnitzer Steel. He noted that the staff was very helpful and that the service was generally good.
