Terrible Experience at Oak Point Events

Author Miss Mikal's review is quite scathing, giving Oak Point Events a rating of 1 star. She rented the hall for her baby baptism ceremony, which included many family members, and had a horrific experience. She claims that the staff micromanages every aspect of your stay, making you feel like an intruder. The problems she encountered were numerous: no heat or air conditioning, no use of kitchen appliances, constant monitoring by staff, and strict rules about setting up and tearing down tables and chairs. She was also cut off from her phone service and WiFi. The staff was abrupt and unpleasant, and she had to fight to get her deposit back after cleaning up. Miss Mikal would never recommend Oak Point Events to anyone.

Excellent Experience at Oak Point Events

On the other hand, Authors Alesia Mosley and Sheryl Dolls & Pooh Linsley had a very positive experience at Oak Point Events. Alesia had a very last-minute change of plans and was referred to Oak Point Events. She was extremely satisfied with the treatment she received and had a great time. She describes the staff as "wonderful" and "class act." Sheryl and Pooh held a baby shower at the venue and had a wonderful time. They enjoyed the kitchen facilities, the decorated room, and the big windows that let in natural light. They also noticed a stage and drum set, which made them think that the venue hosts parties.
