Soberfish Restaurant was founded by a team dedicated to bringing authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine to Minneapolis. Our Head Sushi Chef Bruce Lee began his culinary journey as a dishwasher at Sushi Tango in 2001, eventually mastering the art of sushi-making through years of hands-on experience. Manager Susan Lee combines her lifelong restaurant expertise with a passion for Asian cuisine, having worked at notable establishments like True Thai Restaurant and Sushi Tango Woodbury. Our menu features fresh sushi rolls, traditional Thai dishes, and daily lunch specials crafted with quality ingredients. We prioritize customer satisfaction through attentive service and a commitment to culinary excellence. Located in the Seward neighborhood, we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy flavorful meals in a relaxed setting.
