At Delia's, we are a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving the community for over 37 years. Our story began in 1981 when Ted and Soula Theodorou opened the doors to our first location in Springfield, Virginia. From that moment on, we have been committed to providing our guests with a welcoming atmosphere and delicious Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
Our History
Our founders, Ted and Soula, had a passion for cooking and sharing their culture with others. They brought together their knowledge of Old World recipes and their family's warm hospitality to create a unique dining experience. Over the years, we have expanded our brand and now have multiple locations throughout the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.

Menu Variety and Options
The reviewers generally agree that the menu at Delia's could be more varied and offer more options. Bryan mentions that they wish they had more options for pizza toppings, such as pineapple, and Eric Essex notes that they had to wait for his pizza to be reprepared. Food Quality

Service

Eric Essex was pleased with the staff's handling of a mistake with his food order. Nicholas Carano and Niccky C. appreciated the prompt service, especially after a long trip to the movies. Mikkela T. also had good service from Christina.
Atmosphere
