Our Signature floor plan is the epitome of luxury living, with 2" white faux wood window coverings, 36" upper baroque upper and lower kitchen cabinets with bar pulls, and fine linen carpet bedroom flooring.
Premium
Our Premium floor plan takes it up a notch with 2" white faux wood window coverings, 42" white upper and slate gray base cabinets with modern hardware, and charcoal gray 3cm granite kitchen counters.
Penthouse
Our Penthouse floor plan is the ultimate luxury experience, with 2" white faux wood window coverings, 42" white high-gloss and frosted metal accent upper and walnut flat panel base kitchen cabinets, and black forest vinyl plank kitchen and living room flooring.

Maintenance and Issues
While some minor maintenance issues have arisen, they have been promptly addressed by the maintenance team, particularly Tony. However, one resident reported difficulty with the intercom system and emergency line, which led to concerns about safety and customer service.
