Founded by Dr. Bill Rogers in 1946, Veterinary Clinic of Lubbock has been a staple in the community of Lubbock, TX, offering quality veterinary services at affordable prices. In 1983, Dr. Randy Bullard purchased the practice, later moving it to its current location in 1989. Dr. Bullard believes in treating his patients as if they were his very own, forming lifelong relationships with his patients and their owners.
