Poor Customer Service
Many residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the management's response to their concerns. Connie Rodriquez mentioned that whenever she sent an email to the general Lakeview Village Mgmt. email, she never received a response or follow-up. Leichala Kizzee had a similar experience, stating that the onsite leasing office and central office seemed disconnected, resulting in unprofessional behavior such as no-shows during scheduled business hours.
Maintenance and Repair Issues
Several residents have complained about maintenance and repair issues. Olivia Rolling mentioned that her apartment had a spider problem, which was difficult to resolve despite their efforts. Trevor Key stated that the lack of insulation made it impossible to sleep or focus due to the constant noise from neighboring apartments.
Noise Issues
The loud noise from the nearby Sweetwater Springs Blvd was a major issue for Olivia Rolling, who couldn't leave her windows open at night. Trevor Key also mentioned that the lack of insulation made it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise from neighbors.
Poor Maintenance of Amenities
Natalli Wilson complained about the poor maintenance of amenities, such as the grills by the pool not being stocked with propane and the hot tub at the second pool being in and out of use. Nikita Boldyrev mentioned that the gym equipment was broken and not planned to be repaired.
Positive Experience with Staff
On the other hand, Samantha Torres had a positive experience with the leasing office staff, particularly Rosie, who went above and beyond to show her around the apartment complex. Catherine Mulcahy also had a positive experience with the staff, thanking them for repairing her mailbox in a timely manner.
