For almost 50 years, CWHC has practiced an approach to care that affirms clients and students, and ensures they have access to the information they need to decide what is best for their health and right for their bodies. Our mission is to empower women, trans people, and young people by providing access to health care and health education in a respectful environment where people pay what they can afford.
Our Services
At CWHC, we offer a range of services that cater to the unique needs of our clients. Our services include:
- Gynecology: We provide comprehensive gynecological care, including annual exams, birth control, and menopause management.
- Trans Health: We offer specialized care for trans individuals, including hormone therapy, gender-affirming surgeries, and mental health support.
- Health Education: We provide educational programs and resources to promote healthy living and self-care.
- Acupuncture and Bodywork: Our licensed practitioners offer traditional Chinese medicine and bodywork therapies to promote physical and mental wellness.
- Pelvic Floor Therapy: We offer physical therapy services to support pelvic floor health and address issues related to incontinence, pain, and sexual function.
- Alternative Insemination: We provide counseling and testing services for individuals and couples struggling with infertility.
- Intuitive Eating: We offer nutrition education and counseling to promote healthy eating habits and body acceptance.
- Primary Care: We provide comprehensive primary care services, including well-woman exams, vaccinations, and chronic disease management.

At CWHC, we believe that financial ability should not define anyone's access to health care. That's why we offer all of our services on a sliding fee scale, ensuring that everyone who needs our care can access it, regardless of their ability to pay.

Communication Issues and Unprofessionalism
