What We Buy

What We Don't Buy
At Market Street Recycling, we prioritize safety and compliance with federal and state regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot accept certain materials, including:
- Car bodies
- Hazardous waste (including asbestos)
- Refrigerants, including CFC's and HCFC's
- PCB containing materials such as capacitors or light ballasts
- Radioactive materials
- Flammable materials
- Mercury / mercury switches from appliances
- Tires
- Paint cans
- Ni-Cad batteries
- Non-metallic materials such as garbage, glass, wood, concrete, dirt, plastic
- Equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and TVs
