Disappointing Experience
The reviewer, Drowfield, gave Dr. Bloom 3 stars out of 5, expressing frustration with their recent appointment. According to the review, Dr. Bloom was not informed that the Ophthalmology Department no longer accepts Medicaid or Medicare, which caused unnecessary delays. The appointment took over 2 hours to complete, but surprisingly, Dr. Bloom did not order eye glasses despite the lengthy session.
