Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a popular and common massage style that is the best-known type of massage in the West. Some of the benefits of getting a Swedish massage include increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. If it's your first time visiting a spa or you don't get massages often, then consider the Swedish massage. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on the deep layers of muscles and connective tissue. It can be extremely helpful for those with stiff a neck and/or upper back, low back pains, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. In deep tissue massage, the movements of the masseur or masseuse are slower and the pressure applied is deeper and more concentrated on the areas with tension and/or pain. Foot Reflexology
