Company Performance Issues
The reviews highlight several instances of poor performance and incompetence by employees of P & J, specifically Jim Uetz at the Rochester location. Author Mick Jr reports that Jim Uetz destroyed their mini-split unit beyond repair, causing extensive internal damage while on company time. Uetz also failed to properly vacuum the unit and made several mistakes while attempting to repair it.
